Vaughn’s deep-rooted indigenous background and innate artistic talent have brought forth a collection of truly remarkable pieces that captivated attendees over the course of four extraordinary days.

The 30th Annual Session of the OSCE PA, held from 30th June to 4th July 2023 in Vancouver, Canada, marked a significant milestone as it culminated in the adoption of the impactful Vancouver Declaration. Centered around the theme of “Strengthening Regional Security by Fostering Democratic and Inclusive Societies: The Role of the OSCE PA,” this event served as a platform for fostering dialogue and promoting a more secure and inclusive world.
